Stay Wild ATS Birthday Card - Fun Stampers Journey Products

Stay Wild Stamp Set AT-0207 was used to create this birthday card.   Back in August I did a video showing how to create this image.  CLICK HERE to VIEW.

Did you notice the polka dots that framed the design?   It is made with washi tape.  It is called Classic Elegance Journey Tape AC-0291.  It is sold in a pack of 3 (each a different style and size and 10 yards in each roll).

Journey Tape/Washi Tape is such a versatile product.  It can be torn by hand or cut with scissors.  It can be used as a small piece accent, used as a frame (like above) or to cover a complete surface.   There are so many choices in our catalog ... pages 246 through 247 of our main catalog show most of our products in the Journey Tape line.

Bloom Box February 2018 - Fun Stampers Journey Products

There is more information on my Fun Stampers Journey Business page about the Bloom Box.  It is currently showing the January Bloom Box (terrariums and succulents stamped images), and my understanding is that there is a limited number still available.

If current Bloom Boxes are available when you subscribe, you will be sent the current Bloom Box as the start of your subscription.    They can also be purchased on a month to month basis, but those kits are charged at a slightly higher price point.   If you are not currently a subscriber and want your Bloom Box subscription to start with the February Bloom Box, order on February 1st.  Also order on February 1st also if you just want this kit.

Watercoloring And Peach Blossom Stamp Set - Fun Stampers Journey Products

The other day I shared with you one of my work in progress using Fun Stampers Journey Products.

I decided to use these for two cards instead of just one.   Taking the exact same elements (stamped images, watercoloring, background printed paper, and an embellishment) I was able to create two cards.  Our Color Splash Pencils were used for the coloring of the flowers and leaves.

Pink Version:

 

This card has a layer of vellum over the printed paper layer.    Fashion Silver dots were used as accents, and they are self-adhesive and are graduated sizes.  Flower is shadowed with a layer of Watermelon Fusion Card Stock, and the same color was used for the card base. 

The Hello Word Bubble AC-0230 (16 pack, 4 of each word) consists of hello, neat, wow, and smile  are showcased in this accessories package.  They are wood and a natural color.   I used our SILKS to add color and shine to them.   They are easy to adhere with our liquid Craft Glue.    If you are going to color them, I recommend doing it BEFORE you attach them to the card.  

Purple Version:

This card I decided to do as a horizontal one (wider than in height) and added in piece of satin ribbon to accent it.  Flower is shadowed with a layer of Lavender Fusion Card Stock, and the card base is Cool Pool Card Stock. 

The flowers and leaves in both cards are popped up with Journey Foam Squares.  The squares add depth and dimension to a design.  They are pieces of foam that has adhesive on both sides.  99% of my cards used the foam squares which come in two sizes.

Birthday Card for a Turtley Awesome Friend - Fun Stampers Journey Products

Did you realize that Fun Stampers Journey has a full line of background stamps?  They start on Page 208 of the main catalog and go through Page 219.   They are great for creating unique backgrounds for your cards.   This card used the Deco Wall Background Stamp which is 4 1/4" x 5 3/8".   I trimmed my stamped image down for this card. 

I wanted the card base and the background stamp image color to match so used Pool Play for both the card stock and the ink pad. 

The stamp and die sets are called Turtley Awesome.  They can be colored in with our Color Burst or our Color Splash Pencils.   I used the Color Splash Watercolor Pencils for this card.
