Who would of thought that a paper plate would be a great "tool" for creating this beautiful card!
The rounded edge of the card front was created by using a small round paper plate. It was placed on the card front and with a pencil, I drew the rounded edge. We actually did 7 circles of colors using liquid colors, then stamped the image on top of that. You can fussy cut the flowers or use the die set that matches Cottage Bouquet. Sparkle Silk, sequins, Journey Glaze and Sparkle Dust
