When you are stamping and using the daubers to color in, it is much better to color the area first and then stamp the image over the top. If you stamp, then use the dauber you do take the risk of the stamped image bleeding a bit into the color. So for this card I did the dauber coloring first, then stamped, than fussy cut out. I did fussy cutting because colors outside of the line ... but this would of happened whichever way I used the dauber.
Card base can be color of your choice. Same with background and balloon colors. Isn't it great fun to have choices!
Finished the balloon off by adding Journey Glaze and Sparkle Dust.
