Our FSJ Bubble Gum is one of my favorites. It is soft and beautiful in color. I was able to get card stock and ribbon that were a perfect match and then used Cottage Pearls that are a slightly deeper tone (Rustic Rose) to accent the card.
I did use PanPastels Confectionary Days to color Whip Cream Card Stock before I stamped the fun summery image from the Sending Sunshine Stamp Set.

If you look closely you will see that after embossing the background with the All Stars Embossing Folder I lightly sponged sections of colors using our PanPastels. I used the Confectionary Days PanPastels JM-0079. Then splattered some Sparkle Silk over the background to add a bit of shine.

I used a dauber dowel with pad to color in the Buffalo Check Stencil. The background is Buttercream Cardstock and the ink pad to color in the stencil is Chambray Shirt. I also used Chambray Shirt Card Stock. Images were stamped with Black Licorice Ink Pad.
I used many of the same Fun Stampers Journey (FSJ) products as I did for yesterday's card. So many different ways to use the same things but give a totally different look. The solid colors you see around the leaf images is created with FSJ inks which were stamped on a Whip Cream Card Stock base. Using the Square Paper Punch Cartridge with Handle, I cut the images out then rounded the corners with my scissors.
When you use an embossing folder and would like to have the embossed images "POP", just gently run your ink pad over the top. That's what I did with the Fiddle Leaf Embossing Folder image above. Then added in a bit of Bronze Silk splatters over the top.

Anniversary cards are a celebration of love to be shared with friends and family who are celebrating their special day. Yesterday I wanted to create a couple of anniversary cards one specifically for a wedding anniversary (shown above) and also one for a general anniversary (shown tomorrow). A general anniversary could be used for any type of celebration such as a job anniversary, wedding, etc. For a wedding anniversary I like to incorporate hearts. "Love Is" paper punch cartridge from FSJ (Fun Stampers Journey) was the perfect tool to use to create single and layered hearts. It has 3 different size hearts in it which I punched out in two different colors. The single hearts were covered with Journey Glaze and Sparkle Cuts.

It is amazing the difference an embossing folder can make to the look of the card. It can add dimension, texture, and design. By brushing an ink pad over the top you can add color too. For the card above, I used oranges/yellows from FSJ for the embossed design. For the zebra, you could use any color you wanted too. I used a few colors from the "The Good Life" Collection of colors to color my Whip Cream Card Stock. Stamped the zebra with Black Licorice Ink Pad and then cut out with the zebra die (same for the umbrella). The umbrella has Journey Glaze, Journey Sparkle Cuts, and a cute ribbon on it.
What a fun stamp set to use for encouragement, hugs, sharing news, or even an anniversary. So much versatility in this stamp and die set bundle. It allows you to color the images in with ink, liquid colors, color pencils or even PanPastels. The choice is yours!!
I did add in some Journey Glaze and Sparkle Cuts over some parts of the ice cream.

We had Miniture Schnauzers for years. This darling stamp on the card reminds me of our fur babies.

Then finished it off with a tiny handmade bow from thread.

Since I wanted to create the look of fall for this card, I literally took out stamp pads that were green, yellow, orange, red. After the leaves were cut out, I lightly tapped the ink pads on top of them to create the color/look that I wanted. Then placed the die cut leaves on solid color paper and cut an outline image just slightly larger. Gave a bit more focus on the die cuts this way.

Our dies cut beautifully through the Color Splash Watercolor Sheets using my die cutting machine. These were thin metal dies, so I wasn't sure if they would cut smoothly through the watercolor sheets. Not an issue at all. I had cut them out as a test, and then decided to watercolor them with our beautiful liquid colors mixed with some water. Allowed both die cuts to dry completely before attaching to the card base. The watercoloring was done in a random way on the pine cone and on the heart plate I just visualized lines/segments.

The other day I got inspired and had to try out this new (to me) craft of making storage/craft bags using plastic bags and Duck Tape / Duct Tape. Because I know the quality of the Duck Tape Brand, this is the brand I choose for this project.

I tried both the press/seal and the slider type closers for the bag. My preference is the slider style. I just feel it will be more durable in the long run. The photo above is all the ones I made Saturday.

These would make great gift items or even could be used as a gift bag. The bags come in so many different sizes from snack to trash bag size (if you wanted a super big project to work on). For me, the quart bags were a great size to work with. The tape lengths for this size was easy to handle too. For me, the slider type closer would be the one I would choose when making bags. I just feel it closes easier and you can tell right away if the bag is sealed or not.
These could be used for pencils, pens, craft items, cosmetics, travel size items, and so much more.
