Clearview Sheets, white glue, liquid colors, and Sparkle Dust (glitter)
I can't wait to share with you today some fabulous backgrounds I create using FSJ (Fun Stampers Journey) Clearview Sheets, glue, liquid colors, reinkers, and silks then topped off with Sparkle Dust (glitter) and tissue paper.
The technique allows the glitter to be captured underneath the card so will not come off on your hands after the card is finished. Great way to have the sparkle and shine without the "fallout" of glitter when the card is handled. NOTE: Even though the glitter is contained, this technique is NOT recommended for cards that are being mailed to our troops overseas.
